failed to open a document in my desktop machine

i have a dashboard named as business.it is opening on the live machine but i am  unable to open the qvw on my desktop and make changes on it.

its giving an error.screenshot is attached

it's possible your qvw is a security or if you have got a personnal licence, you opened qvw more 3.

an other personn can use your qvw?

I am accessing my qvw file on client qv.i don't know what went wrong with this.unable to identify.

It looks like Section Access is denying you access to the document.

Are you prompted for a login to the document?

Are you logged onto your local machine with the same user credentials that you can open the document with from the Access Point?

i am not prompted with any login to open the  document.my user has not been created since we have limited licenses.inorder to develop/update any changes i hv leased the license with the name of the person who has been provided with user cals.the license has been leased and as soon as i try to open the document on my local machine then it shows error.
