Hi , when i try to access document through single sign on it is saying "failed to open document ,file not found " error,
please help me some one, am sending webticket also@@
Is this a QA or PROD Access POint you are using? Is your document available in the right folder? How are you opening this document?
please make sure that you have been given with a named cal or document cal in qlikview server.
we usually give access to the application by using QMC(qlikview management console).
another reason might be of section access written in the applicaiton.
That URL looks incomplete. It should have a &host parameter as well.

1.this is a prod access point
2.our architectures have given a customized folder so we are using that folder as publishing folder. Is there any default folder for publishing documents?
3.through access point i can open this document or else i can directly connect to the server remote

we didn't use section access in document and i think we are not set any cals for the server. is it necessary to set cals to get direct document link through sso. because i am getting the same document in access point through sso.but not the single document.
