failed to open document in desktop

Hi,

One of my QVW file in production machine suddenly not opening the application and generating below error windows

1.) The Document C:\Test\Demo.qvw failed to load

2.)Failed to open document

Please can any one let me know how to resolve this issue and open the app. And i didn't have a back up file of this.
