fields are not matching

Hii,

I have a EXCEL file in which  field A is month name which have same months as calander table field common fiscal month name but these are not linking. i m not getting it what is the problem.

May be the data within the two data sources isn't the same. Can you share some sample data from the data source for that particular column.
