i have created a 3 pivot tables on a single sheet in my document and each pivot table have 20 rows and 12 columns.
now i want all the columns to be in same line...ihow can i acjieve that????

Assuming you mean you've for the three pivot tables one above each other and you want them to look neat so that the columns all line up with each other then the quick answer is that there isn't really a quick solution. The most straightforward way I've done it before is to line up the tables using the x/y and size values in the properties for each and then create a vertical line object long enough to lie over all three tables. You then simply place the line object over the first column margin and drag the column dividers in each table so that they match. Then repeat for next column. And then lock the position and size of the table!
Not quick but it does the job ...
