get some based on values in a certain colum

I have below data set

Id     tag     hours

1               5

     g          12

2               10

I want to get sum of id hours (5+10 =15) and sum of tag hours (12)

Something like this:

Sum({<Id={*}>} hours)

Sum({<tag={'*'}>} hours)

for ID Hours--> sum( if(len(trim((Id)))>0,hours))

For Tag Hours --> sum( if(len(trim((tag)))>0,hours))
