not sure how this error was resolved without any interference. but I am concerned this may pop-up again.

There are chances of Qlikview file getting corrupted due to this always keep a backup.

Also keep -Prj layout exported to recover the file.

If you are not using a QV Desktop Personal Edition, contact Qlik Support. Only they can explain what is happening and how to avoid it.
