grouping items - subtotals in table diagram

Hello all,

I know this is an often discussed them, but I haven't found a real solution for me.

I have two problems:

(I) I want to group items, grouped by the first item number, the result should be a new group

(II) every new group should display a subtotal

Here is a screenshot to make it clearer:
