           i am using combo chart i have sale,years and Category in chart bars and line one line is constant another line was change in select particular member i selecting that line was change how can i perform that .....that information will attached

i am using these expression is sum({<Categoryname="Men's Clothes">}sales) this is constant line

Please share sample QVW

with the information you have given here I can say you dont modifier

first dimension is year,

just add categoryname as 2nd dimension and change your expression to

sum(sales).

what ever selections you will be making on any fields will get reflected on the sales figures and graph

If you require combo chart , you can try like this format.

In Dimension-->> Year

In Expression -->> 1. sum(sales)            You can click on check box like bar in expression tab

                            2.sum({<Categoryname={"Men's Clothes"}>}sales)          You can click in on check box like line in                                 expression tab
