hi,

D you mean sheets ?? In Sheet properties you have option of conditional (general tab).

0 MEANS invisible

1 means visible.

Open your report , click report settings and you will have a field called conditional show.

ed if you want page to be hidden if year is 2010 then

=if year=2010,0,1

etc..

you are not right. She (and I) want to hide only one page of a report by condition. Here are only solutions to hide one object on a page or hide the whole report. Until now I see no possibility to only hide one page of a report by condition. Too bad so...

I also searched long for a possibility to do so. I only had a solution by makeing 2 reports - one with the page and one without it. 😞

If by page you mean a tab: then on that particular tab, right click and select Properties> General> Show Sheet section > select the Conditional radio button and type 1=0 as a condition. This will hide the tab. To unhide, you'll have to go to Settings menu > Document Properties > Sheets tab and locate the sheet that you hid. Click on that sheet and hit Properties button.  Modify the condition or select radio button Always in the Show Sheet section.
