how can I install Qlikview personal edition in Android

qlikview desktop (personal edition or licensed edition) is a windows application to build and use qlikview document; there isn't an android version

Android phones and tablets can use (with a browser) qlikview document deployed on a qlikview server

QlikView 11.SR2 SR6 Desktop (a.k.a. Developer) does not provide an Android version. If you are referring to whether one can build content without a desktop client - the personal edition is available for download on a Windows OS. Content can be created using the Ajax client > but a QV Server must be used to provide for this capability.
