how do i get the full rights in the "more" menu

I don't have the rights in qlikview reports more menu, see below, only three options

A college of mine, has a lot more options:

I can't find where you can manage this. Not in the helpfiles, not in the community and not in my settings 🙂

Does anywhone know?
