i want a listbox .. but i dont think what i want i possible with listbox:
the listbox gives all the data in a vertical why .. i want values in, let say 5, column. the background of the values should be a certain color based on a certain value.
i have disabled single column in the presentation tab and check fixed number of columns. But where can i change the color of the background of each value depending on another value?
Charts have these visual cues tab .. but not in listbox
think in a listbox this is not possible from the design, but you may display the values in a straight table and then do the formatting subject to the value. With few manipulations more this graph then will look like a listbox.
i dont see it .. i have added a table object .. i not only want to use upper and lower .. but i also want to change color based on a certain value: IF(Value='fdsd',RGB(0,0,0),IF(Value='fsdffd',RGB(1,1,1) etc..
plus i cant get the table to show more then 1 column (like in listbox)
almost perfect .. colors are there .. the problem is that if a add values like 'ddd','eee' etc ... those values will be added next to the last value and will result in a very long row .. i want it to be cut at let say 5 column .. and then the next value should be on the next row..(like the listbox in your example)
Eh, I'm giving up, but this looks close. I have two rows and three columns. I have colored text. It does the green and gray highlighting when I select. Unfortunately, it wants to select the whole column instead of the single value you click on. Hopefully I'm just doing something stupid and it can be easily fixed.
