how to count items that fall between dates?

i need to be able to count the number of work orders completed from 7-14 days from the previous Sunday, so dates 8/4-8/11

when i try implementing the solution for another problem the max date i'm getting is from 2019 is there a way to limit modify the solution

With this data i still only want data back 7-14 days from 8/18/2013
