how to delete QVD file through Qlikview script?

Hi,

I need to delete old qvd automatically, when my job will run. So how to delete qvd files automatically through script? or is there any way to do though a batch job or at QMC side?

Why you want to delete the old qvd's here? If qvd deletes may be schedule failed then what you do. Can you describe more?

If you allow executing external commands, you can do it using EXECUTE. You can read about EXECUTE in my blog:

You might need to enable it on your server, before it can work.
