how to display cycle on top right of screen instead of bottom left

Hi,

Not sure if Im missing something easy, does anybody know how to display the cycle icon on the top right of screen instead of bottom left?

Hi,

Click on the chart.  Hold Ctrl + Shift keys.  Now the Cycle group icon's border is changed to red color.  Now with mouse pointer move the icon wherever you wish.
