how to fit pivot column

I want to fit the columns data, but the column etichette must be fixed in the pivot table.

How can I?

you put cursor on week coloumn. then it ll become a cross icon.then click and hold and enlarge the size then it automatically adjust the data.. and your column week data ll b clearly visible..
