how to get date format

Hi All ,

how to get date format .

and i am using this date(date#([Due Date],'DD-MMM-YYYY'),'MMM-YYYY') AS MonthYear1 not getting correct

output.

to Ex: Jan-2017

=Date(Date#([Due Date],'DD-MMM-YYYY'),'MMM-YYYY')


replace the highlighted with the format of your Due Date field.

What format is of your Input Date? Please Accordingly use the Current Format in the Date#() funtion.

i am using this and out u can see above which i got but i am looking for attached pic output how can i achieve that.
