how to get the no of efforts and engineers reduced based on given condition ?

i have a scenario where i have 10k record dump

TicketNum	Users	Automation	Resolution time	RespnseTime

here i have to calculate the number of efforts reducible in hours based on automation yes

also i have to calculate no of engineers that can be reducable overall based on automation yes., if the engineer is working 9 hours/day on average.

Would it be possible to get a little more information. I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with the given data.

For example - Is you first point the difference between RespnseTime and Resolution Time where automation = yes?

Response time and Resolution time not related to automation . Automation is related to Description of the ticket id.

Is it possible to get a sample QVW?

I think the problem is people or at least me are struggling with what you are trying to achieve. If you could even just explained in English what you want. Maybe supply some example expect results so we can see what the final figures should be.
