how to hide chart property to USERS

Hi All

Is there any way when user right click on chart object and unable to open property. basically hiding property to USER access

Go to Settings->Sheet Properties->Security

Under Security Disable the "Access Sheet Object Properties" and "Access Sheet Properties(Users)"
