In terms of your actual QVW files, these should work fine after the upgrade, you'd need to test obviously and there may be a few expressions which need to be adjusted but generally it's not a big issue
you don't really need to do anything, except maybe open a qvw in the new QV desktop and save it, if you want to add v 11 specific functionality, otherwise QV backwardly compatible.
