how to open my document online from anywhere

I publish my document in web and i want to open it from mobile [different network]. there is any document how to set up the router and qlik server ?

Your client device (phone, tablet, notebook, whatever) needs a modern browser and a connection to your Qlikview Server. That's all. How you need to set up your router has nothing to do with Qlikview. Ask your network administrators to configure their routers to allow access from the internet to your Qlikview Server.
