1. Create a variable vDate and set its number format as Date 'YYY-MM-DD'. Go to Document Properties > Number > Variables > Select your variable > Select Date option

2. create a calendar object using the variable vDate. Go to Calendar Properties > General > Select Variables option > Select the variable vDate

Hope this points you in the right direction

Hi Fosuzuki,

Hope you are well!

I am new to Qlik and am trying to do the same thing in this thread to "create a calendar object using the variable vDate" but i am trying in QlikSense rather than Qlikview and I don't see any similar option to in QlikSense "date picker" object. See below screenshot - it seems one can only pass a Date field that is from one of my data tables.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this? Much appreciated!
