import csv attachment from emails

Hello Qlikview Community,

is there a way to extract email attachments (csv files) from emails and import in Qlikview?

Current Status:
Daily we receive from our service provider automatically emails with csv attachments , then we manually insert into QlikView. Is there a smarter solution to let do it with QlikView automatically ?

Has anyone had experience with this process. How would you solve the best. Thank you !

is there no solution to this in Qlikview? How do you read the csv attachments from an email into qlikview.

Or did you have for an other tools in use ? Thank you for any advice.

Think that various email-programs store the info in their own formats (and partiall encrypted), under Lotus you may program socalled "agents" (basically macros), which select certain emails and save the attachments in a folder of your choice. Under Outlook there are similar functionality.

Do not think that you can do it with QlikView.
