issue with server

I am facing an issue

after leasing an license from the server still my qlikview is shown as personal edition

am not able to open any of my previously saved files ,it open with out any data

what could be the possible reasons for he same.

Possible reasons:

  • No Named CAL has been assigned to the windows account you are trying to obtain a lease for
  • You are trying to lease a Document CAL but that won't work. Document CALs cannot be leased.
  • You are trying to lease to a third MAC-address (CALs can be leased to only two MAC-addresses)
  • You are not connecting to the QVS through port 4747 . Licenses are only leased through the QVP port.
