latest data is not updated

  1. 1)      Every day morning 7.30 my dash board is refreshed? But latest data is not updated? How will you handle this scenario?

Need some more information..

When you are saying not updated means incremental load is not working?

OK.. you should ask them what is meant by not updated?

What is the error we are getting?

Is reload is getting failed or we are not receiving any new data?

There are 100s of scenarios and answers for that... You need to be specific to get answer... otherwise, this would be a never ending topic.

Hi,

Per the question, it seems to be that they are saying 'Refresh is completed successfully,but are unable to see the latest data' . This could be of multiple scenarios. Few of them would be as below.

1. There might not be new data available in the Data source

2. May be the connection string got pointed to a different one.

3. Could be something like refresh failed at QVD creation.

Also,as Manish said, this could be of multiple scenarios and only can be answered until the question has a specific thought.
