log not write in that moment

If i check the generate logfile in document properties in version 11 wirte the log at the moment and you can see with F5 the situation.

Now in version 12SR05 if the reload is OK and finish it write (when finish), if not OK the reload no write log.

I am reload the qvw. whit Qlikview Managemnt console 12SR05.

the file ".log" is not generated until the reload end.

previously de ".log" update during the reload.

If the reload is taking bit time in the middle it looks like that ...try to close your log file and open again ..you should be able to see the update .

Might be you need more clarification

QlikView will create a logfile of the script execution (the output will be as seen in the Script Execution Progress dialog when you run the script). This file, with the default name qv.log, is stored in the same folder in which the current QlikView application is. If you activate the Timestamp in Logfile Name checkbox, the filename is saved with the current script run time stamp in the logfile name.

Hope this helps. That mean, without reload how .log will read the what is the happening backend of that exemption.

It worked in the pass. when i upgrade to version 12 SR05 not working like you say.

The problem start now with SR05 can you try it in SR05?
