make format of list box in an imput box

there's any way to give format of list box with led check boxes in a impu tbox whit ?

Not as far as I know. It doesn't make sense either. A variable can have only one value. So check boxes, which are used to make multiple selections easy, are pretty useless for picking a value for the variable.
