need help

hi all,

please find the below attachments in that qvw one text box shows 25% reps count

here the scenario is i need to distribute those count to below bar chart

for example count of 25% reps is 370

i need to distribute these about to below bar chart quota achievement in 0th bar contain 150 it will distribute 150 from 370 to 0th bar and remaing 220 to next bar like this i need to change the color like below image
