newbie problems

hello,

I've only recently started working with Qlikview but i can't seem to manage to get certain things right.

First of all, Qlikview won't recognize the hierarchies in the data. When I create groups of linked data it won't represent them as such. Although I can drill down using a pivottable on the same dimensions I can't drill down using the graphs...

I've tried to map my data on a google map. The google map is shown but it doesn't react to selections. I've changed the latitude and longitude format at least a thousand times but no success...

Can anybody help me out on this?

Hello

For Hierarchy you should use the transformation function Hierarchy (see documentation for help).

For Google Map I don't know, sorry.

Thank you all!

My hierarchy problem got solved.

However, the mapping problem remains! I have the map on qlikview, only it doesn't recognize the latitude and longitude... it stays on the global view whatever I do.
