oracle dump file to qlickview

are there any option to get oracle dump file to qlickview directly?

or any aother option?

No. Oracle dump files are in a proprietary binary format that only oracle tools (and some specialized third party tools) can read. Import the dump file into an oracle database. Then connect to the database with Qlikview and read the data.
