quarter field

Hi All,

I have one requirement below .

I want one field that shows all quarter months like below.

(Apr 15-Jun 15)

(Jul 15-Sep 15)

(Oct 15-Dec 15)

(Jan 16-Mar 16)

How to achieve the same.
