After the installation of QlikView 11 SR7, we receive the following message in QlikView Desktop (on the server) when opening one of of our QVW's:
"The URL scheme could not be recognized, or is not supported"
The error message doesn't show up in a browser, only for the design client (QlikView Desktop).
Any suggestions to what may cause this and how to resolve?
It's happening in the Windows Desktop client.
Can you remove client and try by installing it again.

The Desktop client is what I meant by the "Web View" client (using Web View mode in QV Desktop). Check your server firewall and/or internet settings (which may further be restricted by a GPO).
