Could any one please share with me some real-time scenarios of how to use different types loads,functions & set-analysis in qlik

I would suggest having a look in the Design Blog area of Community, there are 700+ how-to posts there that should get you on the right track regarding some of the most used functions etc. and some best practice material.  Not exactly sure what you are looking for otherwise, which likely explains the lack of comments from others. Please be sure you are providing enough details such that someone can determine what it is you are really trying to do, more information is better than less here.
