Not able to reload in windows vista business.

following is the error : SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed.

Are you connecting to an Oracle database?

" This error has been known to occur when the user that performed the installation of Oracle 9i or 10G did not have the correct permissions to complete the installation successfully. "

Seems to be related to user permissions on the database. Maybe connecting to the ODBC source or the ODBC connecting to the database.

Are you connecting thru OLE DB or ODBC? I had the same thing under Vista with ODBC, but OLE DB just works fine.
