Hi Prabhas,

Right click on the chart - >Select Properties -> Caption tab -> Remove tick mark from allow minimize.

You can also remvoe print icon (See Special Icons box) in the chart.

Please find the below setting.

Uncheck Auto minimize.

Go to Properties>> Caption

There you will find two check boxes showing 'Allow minimize ' and 'Allow Maximize'. Just uncheck them.
