run add on (plug in IE11)

HI,

we are using the IE plugin.

our users using the IE 11.

ALL of our users are able to see the model with th link-

http://server/qvplugin/opendoc.htm?document=model.qvw

but,

one of our users also with the ie11 when he tring to enter the model

insted of show the line-

"this website want to run the following add-on...."

he see just a X.

please try to help because it an inportant user.
