section access issue

Dear Friends.

I am new to section access

i have a issue wn applining section access in access point

that is for other users able to open file in access point

but for admin i am not able to open file in access point qv 11

i am sending all the documents plese try to resolve and try to open in u r access point

if its working fine then send me that script

where do i find ntnames for users

can be so many ways to do that...you can ask ur user first otherwise but i have attached the one i use, in properties of any folder .. Hope to Help...
