select value from listbox

suppose i have 4 values in listbox named as bucket having values as on Time,15-30,30-60,>60

i want to create a chart only for on time,what will be the expression in calculated dimension

how to fetch the only one value of bucket and show in other but the value should remain same

as in previous chart with whole bucket ,on time value in 92%,then if i create one more chart which fetch only on time out of all 4 value of bucket ,value of on time should remain same as previous i.e. 92%
