Could be caused by lots of things. 2 guesses off the top of my head:

1. If you are using a SAN, make sure the local drive came back up after the reboot.

2. Check to make sure your license is still in place under QMC >> System >> Licenses >> QlikView Server >> QlikView Server License.

Ashaq, that's a very extreme suggestion. Shweta, I don't suggest you try this until you've exhausted all other options.

I wish you hadn't done that--it was almost definitely not necessary. Some people on the forums are very quick to suggest wiping out potentially critical files rather than taking the time to actually troubleshoot problems. These are people who are on the forums primary to rack up points IMO and are looking for the fastest answer possible.

When you say the services are down, are they started in services.mmc (Start >> Run >> services.mmc)? If so, please paste a few screenshots: (1) QMC >> Services. (2) QMC >> System >> QlikView Servers, (3) QMC >> System >> QlikView Directory Service Connectors, (4) QMC >> System >> QlikView Web Servers, and (5) QMC >> System >> Licenses >> QlikView Server

Did you read my comment above about SAN?

In the future, please avoid double-posting about the same problem. It makes the forums harder to use.
