single button click close current application and open new application access point

Hi All,

How to close current application in access point and same mean time i open new application in access point at single
button click.

Please help me urgent basic.

I am using qlikview9.0 SR7

Hi Ashish,

You can attach a button to 2 actions (Action Type: External), one to open a QV doc (Or open an external app, e.g. Excel, if that is what you want) and a 2nd action to this button that is Close document.

Thats the only solution i think that works.

First check if he opens with the action.

After that you can set the close action.

This must work. Check if your link is correct to the new Qlikview you want to open.
