snapshots in Annotations in qlikview11

Hi All,

Please i want to ask about the snapshots in qlikview11

when i made a note and another user on the server commented on it and attached a snapshot

i can't see this snapshot

when pressing on this comment the snapshot didn't appear to me

only the snapshots taken by me appear to me but those token by another users didn't show me anything

What's the problem here??
