sort order in list box not working in access point

Hi all,

i have sort order for list box according to sum .it is working fine in local machine.

but it is not working on access point.even  i make some selections in any other filters,in same filter or on charts   values are  grayed out in that list box.

can any one tell why it is happening.

Are you using Publisher? There's a reported bug in Publisher that causes expression sorting to fail.

but without any selection in document.list box is sorting according to expression.is this normal?.if i  make selections in some other filter values or chart or filter in itself values  are grayed out in that list box.is it happens with this bug?

No, this is not the Publisher bug, it has to be something else. Can you post your sort expression so that we can have more information?

i am using simple expression sum(amount)

values is getting selected but ,it is showing first in the list box

If you want to avoid that, you should remove all ticks other than Expression in "Sort" tab., specially the "Auto Ascending" in the "State" field.
