instead of giving all programs can I make it star ?

Use * if you want the user to have access to everything you have defined in the section access table.

Use '' if you want the user (or admin) to have access to everything defined in the sections access table, and in addition any other value that might be added in this field.

I'm not sure I understand what you want to restrict here. If the User should see everything, isn't that the same access level as the Admin?

for admin I have all access all product and all regions

but as user I want see all products for east region

so I put star in product for user and I put east in region

but its not working for me

when I put star its showing all the data

Then I think you should include Region instead of Program in the Section Access table. Like this:

Load * Inline [

USERID, ACCESS, REGION

ADMIN, ADMIN, ''

USER, USER, EAST

];

(2 single quotes after the ADMIN, ADMIN).

Provided that your connections are right, the User should see all the products but only those associated with Region East. Hope this works.
