subtotal not showing in pivot table qlikview 12

I don't know what happened suddenly qlikview 12 is not showing subtotal in Pivot chart.

I have checked 'Show partial sums' in presentation layer.

I think i have made some changes in document properties or Style of Pivot in presentation??

anybody knows solution?

Difficult to comment on this without seeing the qvw file. Can you share a sample?

The partial sums may not display if they are zero-valued or null and you have the Suppress Zero Values option checked. You can verify this by unchecking the option and seeing if the partial totals appear.

Do you have any naked field references in the expression (ie not inside an aggregagation like Sum/Max/Count...)? This expression may be null for the partial totals and therefore suppressed.

Thanks Jonathan for your ideas. Suppress zero values was not the case for me.

I think its a bug in Qlikview 12. I closed qvw file and reopend it. Problem solved.

I had the same problem. I click and unclick, refreshed data. Nothing.

Then save and closed, then opened and magically it appeared.

Same issue for me. I'm not used to having to turn QlikView off and on again 😄

Any news on this bug hic‌? It's been over a year and a half since this post.
