svgReader-QV11 cannot get it to work

Hi,

I have downloaded the svgReader from the following repo: https://github.com/brianwmunz/svgReader-QV11

It's stored here: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\QlikTech\QlikView\Extensions\Objects\svgMap

Unfortunately I cannot get it to work. I've tried a simple example with 3 European countries, but there is no chart displayed.

I have attached a sample qvw.

I'm not sure if my selected REGION ID is correct, but I couldn't find the Maps Info.xlsx file in the repo (some people in the community refer to it).

Could anyone give me a hint what I am missing here?

Are you able to read the map in Webview (desktop client)?

Do you mean, if I am able to add an extension object in Webview? Yes.

What is the issue? Are you getting any error?

The issue is that there is no map displayed, no error either. I have attached the qvw file!

I am not able to open the QVW as don't have QV in my system.

Try to select the Map drop down for appropriate contry and also check Region Id Names are proper.

Hi, in my qvw I have selected the map Europe, and tried several different formats for Region ID (e.g. for Germany I used DE, DEU, 85) but none of them worked. The chart is plain white. I've attached a screenshot.
