tool tip not working and hierarchy not drilled down in qlikview via access point

In qlikview tool tip can be seen but when i try to see that qvw via Access point tool tip is not  seen and also i have hierarchy it is also not getting drilled down in web view but works fine in qvw file.

Can you provide information related to which browser you are facing the issue and What was the version you are using

Can you send screen shots which is working and which is not working for you on access point

I feel their is an Issue with your browser settings check that once !! Try in multiple browsers and check where the pop is getting blocked ....
