total sum calculation - Partial sum syntax

hi i would like to do the following.

i have two expressions which i need to work out a percentage for.

Swuehl has a helpful answer however i wish to accomplish partial sum calculation as described in Problem.jpg.

Expression 1:Total Complaints  - >sum(if(left([Item number],1)<8,(ComplaintQty*PartComplaintFlag),0))

Second expression

Expression 2. Invoice Qty ->sum(aggr(if([Item number]<>MainArticle ,' ',Sum ( InvoiceQty)),[Item number]))

much help is appreciated in this respect.

Have you tried something like

[Total Complaints] /

sum( TOTAL aggr(if([Item number]<>MainArticle ,' ',Sum ( InvoiceQty)),[Item number]))
