unable to connect to database

hi i am using windows 8 i am unable to connect to oracle or sql or any other database can u please help me ? i am asking this question from past 4 months nobody provide me the correct answer

What is the error you are getting?

In your script....

Database : Select OLE DB

Click Connect

Select Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server.... and follow the next step....

Let us know what is going wrong.

Posiblemente no tengas los conectores de ambos gestores de base de datos, es por eso cuando intentas realizar la conexión no te salgan para elegir por alguno.

Yo también tengo Window 8 y no tengo ningún problema en realizarlo.

2. What are the data source you using ?

Hi Vinay

first thing to do is to declare your database access thru Data Source Administration tool

You can then connect to it

username and password are not mandatory. You can connect without if your data source connection has none
