unselect and select checkboxes in listbox, pls see the attched screenshots

hi,

when i select all checkboxes in a listbox then only it should display data,

but if i uncheck all checkboxes in a listbox also showing the same as like selected checkboxes.

How can i make difference between both i.e if i select the data it should display or it should not display
